The retreat was one of the best experiences of my life—a reset I didn't know I needed. Sleeping in the jungle, hiking through waterfalls, and doing yoga by the rivers are experiences you need to have for yourself to truly understand.

Flow Retreat Schedule

Our Process

Being present is an evolving experience, with lots unfolding during our lives, we sometimes dwell within our schedules. 


Knowing this, I created the Flow Living Retreat intentionally without a daily schedule. 


Our yoga practice teaches us how to release control and move into the unknown. This retreat will invite you to trust yourself and notice the energy that arrives.

Once you have booked your stay with The Flow Body Retreat, you will receive a mock schedule. As a tool to navigate interaction.

Stress didn't exist on this trip because Kim put in all the work and research. My greatest takeaway was the lifelong relationships I formed with the people on this journey

Please note that the $500 deposit is non-refundable.

The balance will then need to be paid six weeks before the retreat starts. You will have the option to pay in monthly installments. 

If you cannot go on the trip, we can postpone your credit and payment for up to one year from the original booking date or transfer to a future retreat with The Flow Body. This is only possible if you tell us at least 60 days prior to departure. We pay all the accommodation, vendors, and staff way in advance before arrival.Also, we advise that you get some travel insurance! 

I am here every step of the way after you book! You will receive emails several times with all the information you need, and details of your payment plan.You also have access to all your payments.

We couldn't recommend solo travel more. It can feel scary but we promise you it'll be one of the best things you ever do! Plus, my job is to make sure you have the best time and make new connections (if you'd like to!). We've got beautiful group dinners. You're in the best hands. 

Absolutely not! This is YOUR time to do what feels right and honest for YOU. We encourage you to engage and attend as much as you desire.
