I’m a yoga teacher, fitness lover and community builder.
I teach with a deep passion for form, alignment, and a energetic love for helping students breakthrough their limiting beliefs.

In May 2022, I expanded my offerings with the launch of The flow Body Yoga, this was a space dedicated to hosting exclusive pop ups, private client sessions, worshops, and intimate group experiences, furthering our mission to provide personalized and enriching wellness solutions outside the walls of a studio.
Teaching you how to better your relationships with yourself and others through breath work teachings and short activation meditations.
